Carrara National Park is a protected area located in the Puntarenas Province of Costa Rica. The park covers an area of approximately 5,000 acres and is known for its lush tropical rainforest, diverse wildlife, and stunning landscapes. One of the unique features of Carrara National Park is its population of American crocodiles. These reptiles can be found in the rivers and streams that run through the park, and visitors can often catch a glimpse of them basking on the banks or swimming in the water. In addition to the crocodiles, Carrara National Park is also home to a vibrant population of Scarlet Macaws. These brightly colored birds are known for their distinctive red, yellow, and blue plumage, and visitors to the park can often hear their raucous calls echoing through the trees.
